    PRIVACY POLICY – INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

    This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“European General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”).


    1. Data controller

    The owner of the processing of personal data provided on this site ricevosrl.com is Ricevo Solutions S.r.l., with headquarters at Via Scamozzi, 6, 33057 Palmanova UD, VAT number: 03025670302, in the person of the legal representative.


    2. Types of data collected

    We treat your personal data confidentially and transfer it to third parties only in accordance with this Policy. Data collected include:

    • Identifying and contact data (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number) provided through contact forms.
    • Technical browsing data (IP addresses, referring URLs, browser information, device used, interactions with the site).
    • Data collected for marketing purposes (e.g., email for newsletters, if the user has given consent).
    • Site usage data collected through analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 Server-Side and Meta Conversions API.

    3. Purpose of processing and legal basis

    Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

    A) Purposes for which consent is not required:

    • Respond to user requests via the contact form.
    • Prevent fraudulent activity or abuse of the site.
    • Monitor and optimize the operation of the site (Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP and no identifiers).

    Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the user (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) and legitimate interest of the owner (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).

    B) Purposes for which consent is required:

    • Marketing and Remarketing: sending newsletters, promotional offers and personalized ads via Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
    • Advanced and personalized tracking: use of marketing cookies and advanced tools such as Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics 4 Server-Side to analyze user behavior.

    Legal basis: Explicit consent of the user (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

    Users can manage and revoke consent at any time via the consent management banner provided by Cookiebot.


    4. Nature of data provision

    • Providing data for the purposes indicated in 3A is mandatory in order to properly navigate the site and receive responses to requests.
    • Providing data for the purposes indicated in 3B is optional. The user can browse the site without accepting advanced tracking or marketing communications.

    5. Processing methods and security measures

    Personal data are processed by means of computer and telematic tools, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or illegal use of data.

    Tracking and anonymization:

    • Google Analytics 4 Server-Side is configured to anonymize IPs and not collect persistent identifiers if the user denies consent.
    • Meta Conversions API is used only with prior consent and without transmitting sensitive data.
    • Cookiebot blocks marketing cookies until explicit consent is accepted.

    6. Period of data retention

    • Data collected for handling user requests are kept for as long as necessary to respond.
    • Data for marketing purposes are retained for up to 2 years after consent.
    • Anonymous analytics data (Google Analytics 4 Server-Side) are kept according to the duration provided by Google (maximum 14 months for anonymous data).

    7. Communication and transfer of data

    The data can be accessed at:

    • Authorized in-house personnel.
    • Hosting, marketing and data analytics service providers (e.g., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.).

    Data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g., USA) only if there are standard contractual clauses or adequate protection mechanisms recognized by the European Commission.


    8. Rights of the data subject

    The user has the right to:

    • Access their data and get information about how they are processed.
    • Ask for rectification or deletion.
    • Restrict processing or object to processing.
    • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing).
    • Propose complaints to the Data Protection Authority.
